DETERMINING THE DETERMINANTS OF DESTRUCTIVE BUSINESS-BEHAVIOR IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the factors of destructive business: technical and technological delay, a high degree of physical deterioration of the main production funds, significant differentiation of the population by income level, shortcomings of legal legislation, unfair actions of economic entities and criminalization of the economy, their impact on the business behavior. The author has structured the signs of destructive business behavior, established links between them. On the basis of comparison of factors of development of destructive business and signs of destructive business behavior, the determinants of destructive business are established. Purpose: is to determine the determinants of destructive business behavior. Methodology: analysis and grouping of factors of development of destructive business, analysis and structuring of the essence of business behavior, comparison of the influence of factors of development of destructive business on the appearance of signs of destructive actions, synthesis of the causes of destructive business behavior and subsequent actions of businessmen. Results: the determinants of destructive business behavior associated with the legal factor of the development of destructive business are established. Practical implications: analysis and synthesis of causes and destructive actions allowed us to identify the relationship between destructive actions provoked by different factors. The identified determinants of destructive business behavior allow us to conclude that it is necessary to develop state measures to counteract destructive business behavior.
