Environmental change and house gas emissions have made nations implement different carbon administrative mechanisms in some industrial sectors far and wide to control carbon discharges. We present a mathematical model with sustainable transport and production for this concern. One viable strategy is utilizing a closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) to reduce the environmental hazards driven by industries. We consider a CLSC with a manufacturer, a renovator, and a multi-buyer that concerns the structure and arranges an ideal system. We have considered service level constraints, floor and budget constraints, and stochastic stockpile constraints for getting a minimal expenditure to this sustainable supply chain. We have facilitated a numerical example and sensitivity analysis to justify the proposed model.
