Integral logistics and Total quality, organizational management philosophy of customer-oriented
Abstract
Received: October 01, 2018 Approved: October 28, 2018 This article links to comprehensive logistics and Total Quality, with the aim of linking the two terms, customer-oriented further evaluate the terms adjusting to the new realities and adapt to the demands of the market as a competitive advantage , highlighting its importance as a strategic tool analyze the organizational principles of integrated logistics within the supply chain , as it is essential to the main idea of this work and have a broad understanding of how the integrated logistics impacts the overall quality, as it requires a logistics integrated. The study in review corresponds to a qualitative type research, supported by the theoretical contributions as Evans (2017), Anaya (2011), Casanovas and Cuatrecasas (2011), Soret and Giménez (2013), among others, obtaining as a result the need to strategically engage both philosophies , designing a process holistic oriented to the present and future customer satisfaction, under the vision of continuous improvement cycle.
