Socio-psychological dynamics in conditions economic reforms in Russia

Abstract

Presents a comparative analysis of the results of the historical and psychological reconstruction of the dynamics of the psychology of individuals and groups in the conditions of NEP and the empirical studies the dynamics of socio-psychological phenomena during the implementation of radical economic reforms in Russia in 1992. The conclusion about the existence of General laws characterizing the interaction and interdependence of psychological and economic factors in a changing society. The activity of subjects of economic activity is manifested, on the one hand, in their selective, conscious psychological relationship to these changes, and their economic behavior related to the choice of the form of ownership, the focus and level of business activity.
