Abstract

School-enterprise cooperation education plays a huge role in serving the people's livelihood, optimizing the talent supply structure, and promoting the transformation of type education. Facing the new challenges brought by the sharp increase in enrollment, the diversification of student source structure, the shortage of educational resources and the reform of teaching methods under the background of enrollment expansion, higher vocational colleges need to establish quality development based on the innovation of talent training mode, the sharing of educational and teaching resources and the quality of teaching management. Under the guidance of these objectives, we should emphasize the people-oriented values, the concept of ability first and the concept of quality first, so as to optimize the practice ecology of school-enterprise cooperation education, promote the connotation development of higher vocational education and the sustainable development of social economy.
