From the Cold War period until now, several strategies for carrying out wars have emerged, culminating in the "Hybrid War" model. This literature study is a modern approach to strategic defense and brings to the forefront a series of reflective questions needed to build countries' future defense strategies. Is the information war based on speculation of social discontent and the recruitment of radicalized individuals? Who and why is interested in sponsoring contemporary terrorism? What are the operational requirements for substantiating investments in the development of military technologies? These are the questions this study is intended to answer.
