In order to improve the safety management and supervision ability of electric power construction site operations, a visual monitoring method based on octree structure for the operation process of electric power construction site operations is constructed. Work orders are used to analyze the working place of operators, and visual video remote monitoring method is used to detect the safety behavior of electric power construction site operations according to the real-time operation process of operators, By sending audio and video interaction requests to the server by inspectors, analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the data application scenarios and business requirements of the operators, information parameters such as work order information, user information, equipment address, and station area information are used as work order identification ID type parameters for monitoring the operation process of power construction sites, The octree structure model is used to realize the dynamic fusion processing of process scheduling and work order attribute information of power construction site operations. Combined with the visual video dynamic scheduling model, a variety of data structure characteristics analysis methods are used to realize the visual monitoring of power construction site operations. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this article can detect the safe wearing of safety ropes and helmets by workers during high-altitude operations, and the visualization effect of visual monitoring is good. This method is used to visually monitor the operation process of power construction sites, with good process management capabilities and strong real-time transmission capabilities for on-site video scheduling. Within 148 min, the average data transmission rate is 35 bits/s, achieving multi-path dynamic scheduling and visual reconstruction of construction sites, and improving on-site safety control capabilities.
