CORRELATION COEFFICIENT METHOD FOR VEHICLE ROAD SIMULATED LOAD SIGNAL SCREENING
Abstract
A road simulation test is carried out with a passenger car body. Six signals are selected as the target iteration signals of the bench test from the multiple measuring points which meet the requirements of the iterative point selection. A screening method based on the correlation between different acceleration signals was proposed. Statistical correlation coefficient between the acceleration signals,and filter out the two sets of target iterative signals with the largest correlation and minimum correlation. The bench test shows that the greater the relevance of the target iteration signal group,the higher the accuracy of the road simulation test.
