Abstract Several vaccines were approved after COVID‐19 pandemic, which have been fast‐tracked for emergency use. The short‐ and long‐term safety profile has been an area of concern. We presented a patient with encephalitis followed by hyponatremia who developed hallucination and seizure 1 day after receiving the second dose of Sinopharm vaccine.
