Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Party and the State have increasingly focused on the development of a high-quality teaching workforce and their spiritual well-being. The spirit of being an educator holds great value for teachers, as it encompasses a love for the country and education, moral cultivation and professional ethics, educational wisdom and teaching art, the pursuit of excellence and continuous innovation, passion for education and a deep understanding of its complexities, as well as having a visionary and broad perspective. In the process of comprehensively buil-ding strong educational system nationwide, fostering the spirit of being an educator is of monumental significance. This spirit provides theoretical and spiritual support for teachers, serves as the essence of their identity, contributes to the high-quality development of both teachers and education, and harnesses the exemplary role of this spirit. Cultivating the spirit of being an educator aligns with the goal of building a strong country and educational system.To effectively cultivate this spirit, a positive mechanism called "Purpose-Cultivating-Evaluating-Re-Cultivating" should be implemented. This mechanism involves clarifying goals, understanding the direction, establishing a framework, creating a solid system, exploring effective cultivating strategies and scientific methods, and implementing monitoring to establish a comprehensive evaluation system. This approach will enhance the cultivation and energy of teachers who embody the spirit of being an educator.
