FATORES DETERMINANTES DA IDENTIFICAÇÃO ORGANIZACIONAL NO CONTEXTO INDUSTRIAL
Abstract
The research aimed to verify the factors related to the identification of workers with their organizational work, through the use of Organizational Identification Scale (EIO), proposed by Oliveira (2008). The study was conducted in an industry of cosmetics that operates in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza-CE. The research instrument has 17 items associated with a range of 4 points, applied to 209 employees. Procedures of descriptive and exploratory factual and confirmatory analysis were used for the interpretation and analysis of data, using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences software (SPSS) version 20 and AMOS 22. Four factors were identified and defined: Identification with Organizational Values internal (IVOI); Identification with External Organizational Values (IVOE); Voluntary Organizational identification (IOV) and Organizational Identification Rationalized (IOR). In general, a high degree of affection for the organization, with the association of organizational to personal success, was identified. Thus, the internal organizational values (VOI) contribute to a greater identification. The new constructs need new empirical and theoretical presentations in different contexts, as an important measure to the advancement of the theme and deepening of the concepts employed.
