Abstract
Social media give access to knowledge in a process that can be described as crowdsourcing. Social applications may be used for achieving business objectives, for improving the effectiveness of tasks and overcoming difficulties. A modern organization uses these tools to look for innovation, and next it tries to implement new innovative solutions in order to gain competitive advantage in the market.
