A qualitative study of nursing students' perceptions of clinical training experience and application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (护理实习生对心肺复苏临床培训体验与应用看法的质性研究)

Objective From the perspective of nursing students, to deeply understand the cognitive experience and application views of undergraduate nursing students on their participation in clinical cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) training and teaching, explore the obstacles to nursing students' clinical CPR training and practice, and provide reference for improving the quality and practice of CPR training. Methods Using phenomenological research method, 15 undergraduate nursing interns were selected by purpose sampling, semi-structured interviews were conducted, and the research data were analyzed by Colaizzi's seven-step method. Results Nursing students' CPR clinical training experience and application views could be summarized as the importance of objective feedback system devices, limited training venue and duration, unclear training intervals, desire for personalized training guidance, expectation of flexible and diverse training forms and multi-dimensional training content, first aid skills were not popularized, enhance self-efficacy, and strengthen psychological construction related to CPR application. Conclusion From a long-term perspective, it is recommended to establish a high-quality CPR training management organization structure, and to regularly train relevant knowledge including applied psychological construction to improve the practice effect of CPR training; and undertake the task of CPR popularization for patients, their families and the public community outside the hospital. , should not be restricted to individual nurses. (目的 从学生视角深入了解本科护理学生对其参与临床心肺复苏(CPR)培训教学的认知体验与应用看法, 探究护生临床CPR培训与实践的障碍因素, 为提高CPR培训质量与实践提供参考。方法 采用现象学研究方法, 以目的抽样选取15名护理实习生, 进行半结构式访谈, 并运用Colaizzi七步法对研究资料进行分析。结果 护理实习生CPR临床培训体验与应用看法可归纳为7个主题: 客观反馈系统装置重要性; 培训场地与时长受限, 培训间隔不明确; 渴求个性化培养指导; 期待灵活多样培训形式与多维度的培训内容; 急救技能未普及推广; 增强自我效能感; 加强CPR应用相关心理建设。结论 长远角度建议医院建立高质量CPR培训管理组织架构, 应更频密地定期培训涵括应用心理建设在内的相关知识以提高CPR培训实践效果; 并承担对于患者、家属及院外公众社区CPR普及任务, 不应拘谨于护士个体。)
