On the Nature, Essence and possibility of the Islamic Economic System

Abstract

Explaining what the economic system is and proving the existence of the Islamic economic system as a fact and the possibility of its inference as evidence are three basic issues that are discussed in the philosophy of the economic system and this is necessary to get into the first level topics of the economic system and Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) of the economic system. This paper attempts to prove by means of rational analysis that Islam, as a fact, has an economic system in the sense of "a set of behavioral patterns and desirable economic relationships in the three areas of production, distribution and consumption, which they connect the participants in the economic system to each other and to the economic resources and they show the way to achieve the desired economic goals and this system can also be inferred as evidence.
