INVESTMENT ANALYSIS OF UKRAINIAN ECONOMY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PROPERTY MARKET

Abstract

The object of study in the article is the financial and economic relations on the formation of the investment climate in the Ukrainian property market. The article studies investment attractiveness of three major real estate market segments: commercial, residential and land from the standpoint of the dynamics of price situation and determine measures to improve the investment climate. Methods of statistical, graphical and economic analysis were used. By the statistical methods assessments of the situation on the market were analyzed. By the structural and functional method the nature and structure of the mechanism of foreign capital attracting was determined. Methodology comprehensive approach helped achieve the following results: factors, influencing the situation on the market; term vector, changing the dynamics of price indices for assets; preconditions intensified competition investors, especially foreign, in the market of real assets; ways of the investment climate at the property market improving. The main conclusion of the article is grounded analysis of the need to improve the investment climate in Ukraine through the early involvement of foreign capital in real estate assets. The increase in transactions in the real estate assets of real investment will affect the real economy.
