Relating the studies carried out in the Professional Master with the contributions of teachers of professional education, this essay discusses the importance of diversity as an element of teacher education and its importance in the curriculum and school space. From the need to understand how diversity is inserted in teaching practice, we used the qualitative descriptive bibliographic research, based on the philosophical ideas of Ludwig Wittgenstein, with language games, and Jacques Derrida, with the idea of deconstruction, seeking to construct and deconstruct the existing knowledge about the theme. With the problematizations it was possible to emphasize the importance of expanding, constructing and deconstructing visions and tracks about teacher education for diversity.
