Assessment Strategic Thinking Managers and its Impact on Organizational Innovation
Abstract
The aim of the present is Assessment Strategic thinking managers and its impact on organizational innovation The Social ecurity Organization in Western Azerbaijan. For this purpose, Strategic thinking on the theory Gylgyvs and Organizational innovation theory Dvrabjy and et definition And In this context 2 Hypothesis main and 3 sub-hypothesis was adjusted. Research population consisted is the Managers and deputies The Social Security Organization in Western Azerbaijan The number is 58. Considering the limitation of the statistical population Total the statistical population as the statistical sample is considered. Data collection tools, Is Two questionnaires, Questionnaire management strategic thinking Gygyvs and rganizational innovation Dvrabjy et al that after assessing the validity and ensure of its exposure at the discretion statistical sample. For statistical data analysis the descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. Thus, for classifying, summarization, and describe statistical data through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics for testing the research hypotheses tests, t-group, Kolmogorov Smirnov, rPearsont, bivariate regression and multiple regression were used. The results indicate that managers in strategic thinking is much lower than average and also strategic thinking of managers and their dimensions Affect On the amount organizational innovation in Social Security Organization Western Azerbaijan.
