Goal: The current study aimed to develop strategies to improve knowledge sharing on online scientific social networks by identifying incentives and disincentives factors that effects on willing to share knowledge In these networks as an example of virtual communities in order to maintain the vitality of networks and doing research faster and easier. Methodology: The applied Research was used to collect data and it's method is cluster sampling. The study population consisted of Shiraz university and Persian Gulf university faculties. A sampling of 269 person was determined by Morgan table according to whole population (900 person). In order to gathering data it was used questionnaire by Zhao (2010). Findings: Findings showed that common vision, factors shared vision with The mean difference 4/82, reciprocity with The mean difference 4/04 and confidence in sharing with The mean difference 3/34, have the most effects And can be used As basis of knowledge sharing development strategies. Social affiliation with an average -0/42 has the Negative effects to knowledge sharing. Conclusion: Due to the positive effect of shared vision, reciprocity and trust to share knowledge, The Specialized networks can be tried to allowing researchers provided the string with the same subject area.
