A qualitative study on influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge among patients undergoing initial catheterization for peritoneal dialysis (腹膜透析初次置管患者出院准备度及其影响因素的质性研究)

Abstract

Objective To investigate the readiness for hospital discharge and its influencing factors among patients undergoing initial catheterization for peritoneal dialysis. Methods Semi-structured face-to-face interviews were conducted to 10 patients undergoing initial catheterization for peritoneal dialysis. Data were analyzed by Colaizzi`s method of phenomenological analysis. Results After refining the initial code, extracted codes were grouped into a four-dimensional model: adult attachment, role conflict, low utilization of community resources and lack of critical thinking. Conclusion The readiness for hospital discharge may be affected by various factors among patients undergoing initial catheterization for peritoneal dialysis. Targeted interventions should be carried out based on the needs analysis of patients. (目的 探究初次置管的腹膜透析患者出院准备度的现状及其影响因素。方法 选取10名初次置管的腹膜透析患者进行面对面的半结构化访谈, 访谈资料采用Colaizzi现象学分析方法进行整理分析, 找出代码, 形成类属。结果 腹膜透析初次置管患者出院准备度及其影响因素归纳总结为4个主题: 成人依恋; 角色冲突; 社区资源利用度低; 批判性思维缺失。结论 腹膜透析患者初次置管出院准备度影响因素众多, 应根据患者不同方面的需求, 采取有效干预措施。)
