Hikoma Udihara: um imigrante colonizador inaugura o cinema no norte do Paraná

Abstract

For nearly three decades, from 30‘s to 50‘s in the twentieth century, the immigrant Hikoma Udihara recorded the settlement and development of the northern of Paraná. Autodidact, produced about ten hours of footage that, due to its documentary relevance, constitute an essential research‘s resource for the historical recovery, memory preservation and construction of the identity in northern of Paraná, and also for the rescue of the Paraná‘s cinema.
