The article considers the trends of ecologization of various branches of Russian legislation, in the process of which ecological approaches and principles are implemented in different spheres of activity. The right to a favorable environment in modern research is considered not only in the context of social, but also personal human rights. At the current stage, the basic approach is used to motivate the subjects of environmental relations to take measures to reduce the negative impact on the environment and introduce the best available technologies. Contemporary take exception to in the environment of total business and disposal of electronic wastefulness in progression to make certain the constitutive hold together to a well-disposed surrounding and the assignments of extremely rejuvenation of Russian legislation.
