Physical activity promotion is very important to learning and development in young children. All aspects of development will develop based on physical development. Healthy children and youth who can learn must be allowed to develop in all aspects of development in the early years by promoting physical movement and reducing sedentary behaviors at home and school through free play and movement. Teachers, caregivers, and parents support and give children opportunities to engage in adequate physical activities according to the World Health Organization’s global recommendations on physical activity for health, including integrating activities to promote fundamental movement skills with balancing indoor and outdoor activities for children. Global activities and folk plays were implemented in classroom activities according to the guidelines on physical activities for teachers, caregivers, and parents. To build gross motor, fine-motor skills, and well-being development for young children which play important roles in the self-learning of young children in the future.
