ORGANIZATION OF OUTGOING ACADEMIC MOBILITY AT THE UNIVERSITY: MODERN SITUATION AND DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article presents a comparative analysis of the level of organization of outgoing academic mobility in Russia compared with other countries exporting education. The reasons for the current situation in individual countries are described, the main features of the organization of outgoing academic mobility in Russia are described, the barriers to academic mobility at the North Caucasus Federal University are identified. Practical measures for the development of academic mobility at the university are proposed.
