PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, GAYA HIDUP, UANG SAKU MAHASISWA DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PRIBADI PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS KRISTEN INDONESIA PAULUS MAKASSAR

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Sumarorong District, Mamasa Regency. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the work environment on teacher performance. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. while the data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used observation, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study was the total number of elementary school teachers in Sumarorong District, Mamasa Regency, totaling 35 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, and the t test. The results of this study indicate that overall aspects of the performance of elementary school teachers in Sumarorong sub-district, Mamasa Regency that the work environment affects teacher performance, this can be seen from the calculation results through the formula of the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, and the t-test which shows that the value of (t count= 6.677> t table = 2.034) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
