Open Access an der Universitätsbibliothek Duisburg-Essen: Schwerpunkt Medizin

Abstract

The article first provides a brief overview of the overall university development of open access at the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE). It then traces the increasing proportion of open access publications at the UDE, with a focus on the golden open access path and the admstration of the publication fund. The special features of a medical faculty with a strong publishing capacity are taken into account, as are the latest developments in publishing memberships and the handling of publications by DEAL partner Wiley.
