The right to a healthy environment is one of the fundamental human rights in the world today, the sensitivity and attention to which, given the advancement of science and technology from the uncontrolled growth of industries and uncontrolled development activities, increasing the Korean population The earth and the pattern of consumption in the world have originated, so much so that its conservation is one of the most important issues of the late twentieth century. According to the teachings of Islam, preserving nature and not destroying it is a divine duty. Many narrations explain the rights of environmental elements in different ways and oblige human beings to preserve those rights. Therefore, in this article, using the documentary method, it tries to answer the question of what is the analysis of the third generation of human rights in Islamic jurisprudence with emphasis on the right to a healthy environment. The results show that the protection of the environment as a human right is repeatedly seen in Islamic teachings and human rights and the realization of this right creates a collective responsibility in the form of legal responsibility for its protection, Research question:1.
