The present article aims to analyze the international jurisdiction as a new border of access to justice nowadays, able to provide the necessary means to guarantee the observance of rights discussed in international conflicts. The article also studies the mecanisms of international judicial cooperation in the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code of 2015, in order to verify how Brazilian legislators tried to rule the theme in the recent codification.
