This article examines the mechanics of yarns in the stages from the preparation of yarns for doubling to the twisting and doubling of individual yarns. In this study, we determined the tensile strength of yarn by connecting a strain gauge and an analog-to-digital converter to an Arduino Uno platform as a system. To do this, the initial tension was changed by placing weights attached to the tension control device in quantities of m1=8.5 grams, m2=14.3 grams, and m3=20.1 grams. In the first option, that is, with a load on the tensioning device of 8.5 grams, the tensile strength of individual threads with an interval of 0.2 seconds for t=10 seconds was determined by separate sensors. It is determined that the number of twists of yarn with linear density T = 25 × 2 tex for terry warp is 285 twists/meter, and the number of twists for yarn with linear density T = 29.4 × 2 warp tex is 496 twists/meter.
