Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on improving implementation rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing for ICU patients. Methods A QCC team was established and risk factors of low implementation rate of TCM nursing were analyzed. Targeted measures were carried out for continuous quality improvement. Results The implementation rate of TCM nursing rose form 56. 31% before QCC activities to 86. 63% after QCC activities, with a significant difference (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The QCC activities are potentially effective to improve the implementation rate of TCM nursing for ICU patients. (目的 探讨品管圈(QCC)活动提高ICU患者中医护理操作实施率的效果。方法 2022年5—11月, 医院ICU成立QCC小组, 确定“提高ICU患者中医护理操作实施率”为活动主题, 进行现状调查, 分析ICU患者中医护理操作实施率低的原因、制定对策, 并进行持续改进。结果 开展QCC 活动后, ICU患者中医护理操作实施率由活动前的56. 31%提高至活动后的86. 63%, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 QCC活动的开展有利于提高ICU患者中医护理操作实施率, 提升中医护理质量。)
