Penerapan model hybrid learning dalam PTM terbatas untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa

Tujuan dari penulisan best practice ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan penerapan model hybrid learning dalam PTM terbatas, 2) menjelaskan hasil penerapan model hybrid learning untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Best practice ini merupakan pengalaman penulis sebagai Kepala Sekolah di SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar yang beralamat di Jalan Meduri nomor 45 Denpasar. Penerapan model hybrid learning dilaksanakan selama semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Adapun sumber datanya adalah siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 290 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan model hybrid learning di SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan meliputi tahap rapat koordinasi, sosialisasi, persiapan sarana-prasarana, penyesuaian kurikulum, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi; 2) penerapan model hybrid learning di SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar dengan perubahan rata-rata skor motivasi dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat penulis sampaikan adalah: 1) pembelajaran hybrid learning dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif model untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas; 2) guru perlu menjalin komunikasi dengan orang tua siswa, untuk mendampingi belajar dan mengantar jemput anak tepat waktu sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan lancar. The purposes of writing this best practice are 1) to describe the application of the hybrid learning model in limited PTM, 2) to explain the results of the application of the hybrid learning model to increase motivation, and to improve learning outcomes.This best practice is the author's experience as a principal at SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar, which is located at Jalan Meduri nomor 45 Denpasar. The implementation of the hybrid learning model is carried out during the odd semester in academic year 2021/2022. The data sources are from grade VII, totaling students are 290 people. The data collected in this study is the motivation to learn and student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Based on the results and discussion, it was concluded that 1) the implementation of the hybrid learning model at SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar was carried out through the preparation stage including the coordination meeting stage, socialization, preparation of infrastructure, curriculum adjustment, online implementation stage, and face-to-face and the evaluation stage was carried out to measure the success of the hybrid learning program; 2) the application of the hybrid learning model at SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar can increase learning motivation and learning outcomes by changing the average score of student. The recommendations that the author can convey are: 1) hybrid learning can be used as an alternative in an effort to increase student motivation and learning outcomes in limited face-to-face learning; 2) teachers need to establish communication with students' parents, to accompany learning and pick up children on time so that the learning process can running fluently.
