We used like instrument “Preferences and Satisfaction Questionnaire in handball players”. The most significant results showed that: a) the action that players most like to execute is the shot, both U14 and U16; b) players prefer to be on offense than defense; c) players perceive that they like their coaches is to defend; d) certain defensive actions receive a high score in terms of preference, this may be due to perception players have about what it is they like their coaches; e) U16 prefer to use more complex actions against U12 who prefer more simple actions. These data may be used to facilitate the teaching-learning process of young players and achieve greater satisfaction in practice.
