The Analysis of the Electromagnetic Field in the Induction Heating of Flat Workpieces

Abstract

This paper presents the results obtained by numerical modeling of the volume heating of a flat workpiece. Numerical modeling was performed using the 2D Flux software. The results obtained from numerical modeling have contributed to the setting of the optimal electrical and thermal parameters of the volume heating process.
