Consilia : il modello di Andrea Alciato. Tipologie formali e argomentative fra mos italicus e mos gallicus

Abstract

We suggest a review of the dialectical structure of consilia sapientis pro veritate in civil law, their evolution and their « three » different styles between the Middle Ages and Modern Age, focusing in particular on the works and thought of Carlo Ruini (1456-1530), but above all of Andrea Alciato (1492-1550), which is revealed full of very interesting innovations.
