Explain the relationship between human resource information systems and the effectiveness of human resource management
Abstract
Today, the use of appropriate information systems for organizations is necessary and inevitable. Human Resources Information Systems is one of the most important of these systems play an important role in support of management decision making and the effectiveness of measures and functions human resource management. The main purpose of this paper is to identify aspects of HRIS and explain the relationship between human resource information systems and the effectiveness of human resource management in government agencies. Research statistic societies consisted of experts and managers in department of human resources in Sistan and Baluchistan government agencies. A questionnaire was used to collect the information needed research and structural equation modeling approach was used to verify the hypotheses. According to the analysis results, all hypotheses were confirmed. In other words, human resources information systems with two components of human resource information systems effects (functional, communication and development) and human resource information systems functions (strategic integration, knowledge management, staff development and predicting and planning), is positive on the effectiveness of human resources management and forecast much of the variation in the effectiveness of human resource management.
