Intellectual Capital and Its Role in the Formation of a Competitive National Economy

Abstract

The article is aimed at studying the causal interrelationships between the development of intellectual capital and its impact on the systemic foundations of transformational processes in the national economy. The role of intellectual capital in Ukraine’s national economy is considered. The organizational management structure is allocated as a factor influencing the efficiency of the intellectual capital management system. The differentiation of the factors of the external and internal environment is defined. The dynamics of submitted applications and obtained security documents based on the results of scientific-technical developments, carried out at the expense of general and special funds, are analyzed. Prospect for further research in this direction is to study the model and structure of production management, which should be in the skills of innovation, competition and entrepreneurial responses and, as a result, meet the requirements of the market.
