Indignation and engagement in two literary projects: a brief compared study of the non-fictional productions by Graciliano Ramos and João Antônio

Abstract

The present article aims at pointing out the relationship between the literary Project of Graciliano Ramos and that of João Antônio, focusing on some non-fictional texts in which both authors present their respective views on literature. Among the comparative aspects, we highlight the political engagement of both writers, to whom literature should be a form of understanding and problematize reality.
