The Impact of Moodle Platform Pedagogical Materials on Students’ Achievements: Case of Master one Students at the Department of English in Setif 2 University, Algeria

Abstract: The current study sought to explore students’ perceptions of the Moodle platform pedagogical materials impact on students’ achievements: case of master one students at the department of English in Setif 2 University, Algeria. The used research tool is a questionnaire addressed to a sample of 100 EFL (English as a foreign language) master one students; the collected data from the students' questionnaire were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Excel programs, while the results were interpreted qualitatively. After analyzing the obtained data, it was concluded that Moodle platform significantly affects students’ achievement, for the majority of students indicated that Moodle contributed a great deal to their English language achievement. On the basis of the findings, pedagogical recommendations and implications are suggested to further enhance the effectiveness of the Moodle platform.
