Analysis of the dynamic model of seed movement in the pneumotransport system

Abstract

High-quality delivery of seeds separated from the fiber to the next process is considered one of the most important processes of the technological process. In the article, the seed transport equipment is designed and prepared practically, and the screw conveyor is developed in a new way, which carries out the cleaning process as well as transferring the seeds separated from the fiber to the next technological process. This separator separates the seed from the air and cleans it of dirt and loose fibers. It is possible to improve the quality of the product by increasing the efficiency of the seed transportation process, reducing its damage, increasing the yield of lint, and reducing contamination of the seed and lint.
