O TRABALHO DO PROFESSOR EM UMA UNIVERSIDADE PERUANA ORIGINÁRIA DOS MOVIMENTOS ESTUDANTIS | The teacher’s work in a Peruvian university originated in the student movements
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the activity, knowledge and values in the work of the professor of the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering of a Peruvian university that was originated in the student movements, inserted in a mercantile context and of state regulation that affect its Internal configuration. We chose the perspective of ergology to approach the work of the university professor, finding the possibility of studying it at the micro level of the activity and not just as subjects who carry out a function, performing tasks or complying with standards, but as a living space, Locating work as a place of production of knowledge and circulation of values that are not only economic values and incorporating the worker teacher as an ethical-political, historical, sociocultural and epistemological subject; Seeking the understanding of the difficulties inherent in his work, of the knowledge and values produced, revealing his work from the verbalizations of the actors themselves, being necessary to immerse himself in it in their activity, to deepen their singularity and The various socio-political and economic conjunctures that influence it. As this is a qualitative research of a clinical nature, its power is the producer of singularities characteristic of human activities… ___ Esta tese de doutorado tem como objetivo analisar a atividade, os saberes e valores no trabalho do professor da faculdade de Ciências e Engenharia de uma universidade peruana originária dos movimentos estudantis, inserida no contexto mercantil e regulação estatal que permeia sua configuração interna. Elegemos a perspectiva ergológica para abordar o trabalho do professor universitário, procurando estudá-lo no nível micro da atividade e não apenas como sujeitos executores de funções, tarefas ou cumprindo normas, mas sim como um espaço vivo. Localizamos neste trabalho o lugar de produção de saberes e circulação de valores, que não são só valores econômicos, reconhecendo o professor trabalhador como um sujeito ético-político, histórico, sociocultural e epistemológico; procurando a compreensão das dificuldades próprias de seu trabalho, dos saberes e valores produzidos: desvelando seu trabalho a partir suas próprias verbalizações como atores; mergulhando com eles em suas atividades aprofundando em sua singularidade e nas diversas conjunturas (político, social e econômicas) que influenciam.
