The purpose of this study is to uncover the relationship between leadership behaviour, organizational creativity and employee performance. In this context, a questionnaire was conducted on 110 employees who work in twelve medium and large scale businesses that operate in textile sector in Uşak. The data obtained were analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 software. The findings obtained from the research demonstrate that vision-oriented leadership behaviour is more effective than employee-oriented leadership on organizational creativity and vision-oriented leadership behaviour has positive effect on employee performance
