Profile of adaptation and teaching of evolution: a methodology for use of conceptual profiles in teaching planning

We propose a methodological strategy to make results of research in conceptual profiles into meaningful and heuristic information for teaching planning in secondary education, through educational design research. Applying this methodology to the results of studies in conceptual profile of adaptation, learning routes are described, objectives, contents and context are proposed for secondary teaching of evolution, and guidelines for the use of language and management the dynamic of classroom discourse suggested. As a result, this information is systematized and formulated in terms of design principles for interventions in secondary teaching of evolution.
