PENGARUH INOVASI SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG DI OBJEK WISATA KARANGSETRA WATERLAND

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inovasi sarana prasarana terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di objek wisata karangsetra waterland Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik non probability sampling kepada 100 responden di objek wisata karang setra, dengan pengambilan menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. data yang terkumpul di tabulasi kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunkan SPSS 16 didapatkan hasil bahwa inovasi sarana prasarana berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung karangsetra waterland sebesar 5,62%, dan 94,38% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dan dari hasil uji T diketahui hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,018 atau < dari nilai probabilitas 0,05, hasil ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi sarana prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di objek wisata karangsetra waterland Bandung. This research using method descriptive with quantitative approach by using questionnaire. Data is to collecting use a technique non probability sampling with a sample is 100 person’s at karangsetra waterland how to sampling collection in this study use sampling insidental. data collected will a tabulation and then is to analysis use simple linear regression technique. The results of the study use SPSS 16 showed that influence of innovation superstructure, infrastructure on visitors satisfaction 5,62% while 94,38% influenced by another factors are not examined in this research. The results from T analysis get showed the sygnification is 0,018 or < from probability value 0,05. This results is showed that variable inovation superstructure, infrastructure has a major influence on visitors satisfaction at karangsetra waterland Bandung.
