The influence of synthetic porphyrins on S. aureus and E. colі sensitivity to erythromycin and tetracycline has been studied. It has been shown the significant decrease of MICs of the mentioned compounds under their combined addition to the nutrient medium. The interaction type of studied chemicals has been determined as synergism for the most combinations.
