The combination of inheritance and innovation is an issue of fundamental importance for the continuation of Traditional Chinese (TCM), and the talent cultivation mode with academic ideas and clinical of distinguished veteran doctors of TCM has gradually matured. TCM nursing, as an important part of TCM, has flourished thanks to the inheritance and innovation of TCM. This paper briefly introduced the model and component of TCM nursing inheritance work, and discussed its role in quality improvement of TCM nursing. (传承与创新相结合是延续中医药事业的根本途径, 名老中医的学术思想和临床经验的传承模式已日渐成熟。中医护理作为中医药的重要组成部分, 其发展离不开传承与创新。本文主要介绍了中医护理传承模式及内容, 探讨中医护理传承在提升中医护理能力中的作用及前景。)
