Speech and Language Development in children with hyperkinetic disorder in children under conditions of pathogenetic heterogeneity
Abstract
The frequency and expected mechanisms of comorbidity of hyperkinetic disorder with dyslasia, dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia are considered in the article. The data obtained underline the heterogeneity and complexity of the pathogenetic mechanisms of hyperkinetic disorder, where violations of oral and written speech, as well as dyscalculia, are associated with different pathogenesis links, forming a pathogenetically heterogeneous population. Obviously, the role of the dopamine system in the formation of concomitant specific disorders in the development of speech and language (dyslalia) and specific disorders in the development of educational skills (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia) is exaggerated and require additional studies on the pathogenetic mechanisms, taking into account the high level of comorbidity with hyperkinetic disorder.
