الفروق في التوافق المهني بين العاملين بقطاع الأعمال العام والعاملين بالقطاع الاستثماري
Abstract
هدف البحث الحالي إلى الکشف عن الفروق في التوافق المهني للعاملين بالمؤسسات الصناعية الاستثمارية والحکومية، وذلک من خلال التطبيق على عينة تکونت من (400) عامل وعاملة مقسمين إلى(200) ممثلين العاملين بالقطاع الاستثماري بمحافظة بورسعيد، و (200) ممثلين العاملين بقطاع الأعمال العام بمحافظة دمياط ،و استخدم الباحث مقياس التوافق المهني لعمال الصناعة إعداد بشري إسماعيل (ب.ت) وذلک بعد قيام الباحث التأکد من الخصائص السيکومترية لهذا المقياس والتطبيق أولاً على عينة استطلاعية ،وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوي دلالة (0.001) بين متوسطي درجات العاملين بالمؤسسات الصناعية الاستثمارية و العاملين بمؤسسات قطاع الأعمال العام في الدرجة الکلية لمقياس التوافق المهني لعمال الصناعة في اتجاه العاملين بالقطاع الاستثماري مما يشير إلى أن العاملين بالقطاع الاستثماري اکثر توافقاً مهنياً من العاملين بقطاع الأعمال العام. Abstract The current research aims to reveal the differences in the occupational adjustment of workers in investment and government industrial establishments, through the application on a sample consisting of (400) male and female workers divided into (200) representatives of investment sector workers in Port Said governorate, and (200) representatives of public business sector workers in the governorate Damietta, and the researcher used the scale of professional compatibility for industrial workers, prepared by Bushra Ismail after the researcher made sure of the psychometric properties of this scale and applied it first on an exploratory sample, and the results resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.001) between the mean scores Workers in investment industrial establishments and workers in public business sector establishments in the total degree of the scale of occupational adjustment of industrial workers in favor of workers in the investment sector. This indicates that workers in the investment sector are more occupationally adjustment than workers in the public sector.
