Abstract

Provides a description of the innovative resources of Stavropol territory, and their comparison with the Russian Federation, analyzes the reasons for the decrease in innovative activity in the region, describes the factors contributing to lack of development of innovative activity in the region and the mechanism of innovation-oriented development aimed at mitigating them.
