ISSUES OF THE CORRUPTION ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS

Abstract

This article pulls attention to the uncertainty of terminology denoting administrative violations of the anti-corruption laws and to the lack of clear criteria of identifying corruption administrative violations. The author, basing on the analysis of the anti-corruption legislation, validates that the articles 19.28 and 19.29 of the Code of Administrative Offences are referred to as the corruption violations.
