Konaklama İşletmelerinde Uygulanan Performans Değerleme Sistemleri ve Uygulama Alanları: Muğla İli Örneği(Performance Appraisals Systems Used by Hospitality Companies and Its Usage Areas (Muğla Sample)

Abstract

The aim of this article is to determine to what extend he performance appraisals used by hospitality companies are effective. A survey conducted to 40 hotels and holiday clubs in Bodrum, Marmaris and Fethye, Muğla. The survey results lead us to say that companies establishing and using contamporary performance appraisal technics improve service quality and have employees with higher satisfaction degree.
