The article provides a complete description of parasitic diseases, such as echinococcosis and toxoplasmosis. According to the rating of the risk of contamination by food parasites, which was published by the World Health Organization and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 2014, these parasitoses occupy 3rd and 4th place. We give a historical overview of these diseases, as well as the features of clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment.
